FC Dallas obtains Kevin Hartman

FC Dallas obtained the services of goalkeeper Kevin Hartman in a trade with Kansas City for a 2nd round draft pick in 2011. Hartman was on his way with the Wizards and they had stated he would not return with the team. FC Dallas was searching for a second goalkeeper to pair with Dario Sala so Hartman was a perfect fit.
The move will allow young Josh Lambo to go on loan for the season rather than sit in Dallas and not get the valuable playing time he needs to develop. Look for Lambo to join a USL squad. Kevin Hartman has played twelve seasons in the MLS winning a title in 2005 with the LA Galaxy. He has made 333 appearances with a 1.24 goals against average.
