Dallas Classic League U12 at Mid-Season

A surprising Dallas Texans Red South squad sits atop the 95 boys age group at the halfway point with 23 points. Dallas Texans Red and Solar Red are close in chase with 20 and 19 points respectively. Can the South team remain on top through the spring? They were able to beat both Texans Red and Solar Red this fall so it is no fluke for them to have won the fall. ASG Gold Central which sits fourth on 17 also looks to get into the hunt in the spring. Another surprise in the age is Solar 95 sitting on only 14.
They have only been beaten once but 5 ties hurt their point total greatly. FC Dallas South sits safely 6th on 13 points. The next 4 teams look to fight off relegation in the spring season. Andromeda Titans have 8 points and sit 7th. The 2 teams to be relegated to division 2 will probably come from Fort Worth United Blue (5 points), ASG Gold West (4 points) and Comets Blue (3 points).
In division 2 it looks to be a wide open fight in the spring for the 2 teams to get promoted. At the halfway point a group of 5 teams are all within 2 points of each other. CD Independiente is atop with 17 but closely following on 16 are Dallas Texans White and River Plate. Genesis and Dallas Texans Red East both sit at 15. Should be a very interesting spring in division 2!
Texas Longhorns North look pretty comfortable in division 3 currently 6 points on top. DFW Tejanos premier also look fairly solid with a 4 point advantage in 2nd over 3rd place Andromeda Spartans and Dallas Texans Red North.
